Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Charlotte, onsite. You will design and optimize Oracle database solutions, lead a team of developers and testers, and drive end-to-end delivery of database-centric applications.

The role emphasizes performance tuning, data modeling, ETL testing, and collaboration with business and architecture teams to implement scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Development & Performance Tuning.
• Data Modeling, Indexing, Partitioning & Exadata Optimization.
• API Integration (REST/SOAP) and Multi-Source Data Ingestion.
• Database Testing, ETL Testing & Test Automation.
• Query Optimization, Execution Plan Analysis & Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Oracle Developers, SSIS Developers, and Database Testers.
• Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support for database-centric applications.
• Review and approve architecture, data models, SQL/PLSQL code, and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with business, upstream/downstream systems, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and data quality controls.
• Oversee release planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
