Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join the Lifecycle Automation and Tools team in Charlotte, NC on site. The role focuses on building and designing capabilities for infrastructure-related applications, with heavy emphasis on SQL Server, .NET, and SSIS.

You will write scalable code, define requirements with stakeholders, and contribute to releases and test suites. Onsite work, strong problem-solving, and independence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SQL Server development experience.
• 1+ years of SSIS development and deployment experience.
• Experience with C# and VB.Net for developing SSIS Packages.
• 3+ years of experience coding Stored Procedures of varying complexity.
• Proficiency with MySQL.
• Demonstrated experience in code quality assurance and testing.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Contribute to story refinement, defining requirements, and story estimation.
• Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to build requirements and project plans.
• Code solutions and unit test to deliver requirements per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Assist the team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.
• Contribute to existing test suites, analyze test reports, identify any test issues, and triage the underlying cause.
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Participate and contribute to delivery and release events, such as branching timelines, pull requests, and issue triage.
