Job summary

Gov Services Hub is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Engineer in Newark, DE (Hybrid) to design and optimize data warehousing and analytics pipelines. You will lead PL/SQL development, ETL workflows, and data modeling efforts in a fast-paced Agile setting.

You will collaborate with upstream and downstream data models, perform DB tuning, and ensure data quality and integrity across large datasets, delivering actionable insights through BI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development and ETL experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL ETL processes to support data warehousing and analytics.
• Design data models to support warehousing and analytics requirements.
• Collaborate with upstream SOR systems and downstream data models.
• Tune databases and optimize performance.
• Improve data flow and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conduct independent data analyses on large datasets and present findings.
• Enhance existing processes and define new ones.
• Work in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• Operate with minimal supervision within a development team.
