Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience developing and supporting production Oracle database applications.
• Experience in data warehouse, financial transaction processing, or regulatory reporting contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a portfolio of recurring data validation and reporting processes.
• Design, write, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages and procedures for ingestion and validation of large XML and EDI files.
• Turn ad-hoc client data requests into correct, well-documented query results and extracts.
• Tune queries against large partitioned tables and maintain reliable batch processing.
• Follow formal release processes with testing, security review, and production support.
