Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Oracle Transportation Management experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to OTM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OTM integrations with ERP/WMS and other systems.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions based on requirements.
• Design and support transportation processes including planning, execution, shipment management, and freight settlement.
• Work with technical teams to support integrations between OTM, ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide go-live and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Analyze existing transportation processes and recommend improvements using OTM capabilities.
• Collaborate with business users, logistics teams, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of the OTM application.
