We are seeking an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solutions Architect to join our Supply Chain Systems, Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance logistics and transportation management systems tailored to business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable, integrated, and innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure OTM to meet evolving business requirements and support continuous improvement in planning.
• Handle shipment planning including multi-leg, load planning, cross-dock, multi-stop, and itinerary setup.
• Apply optimization techniques to enhance planning and system performance.
• Manage rate upload processes and ensure accuracy.
• Work within payment cycles and configure related systems.
• Support Global Trade Management (GTM) processes such as customs filing, AES filing, and screening.
• Design and manage User Menus, Screens, Roles, and VPD profiles.
• Set up and maintain master data, including rate structures for road, ocean, air, and rail shipping.
• Develop agents, customize workflows, and modify notification stylesheets.
• Create and schedule reports, design templates, and write SQL queries.
• Configure invoicing processes such as Auto Match, Tolerance Rule setup, Auto Approve, and Credit/Debit notes.
• Set up tendering processes like Normal, SPOT, and Step Tendering.
• Perform OTM Cloud quarterly upgrade testing for workflows, integrations, shipment planning, and new features.
