Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC is seeking an Oracle OTM Solutions Architect to support client projects remotely within the US. You will design and configure Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions, collaborating with client managers to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires 2–3 years in OTM/GTM, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• 2–3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) experience.

Responsibilities

• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
• Perform Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and GTM configuration per client requests
• Collaborate with customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget
• Perform solution design, directing other team members and identifying mitigation strategies
• Work independently to define scope and implement smaller client solutions
• Document test scripts and test OTM/GT M applications and train end users
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at operational levels
