Job summary

Tulane University is seeking an Enterprise Integration Developer to design and build integrations for Oracle Cloud SaaS modules. You will work across HR, ERP, and EPM to connect third-party systems with HDL, FBDI, and HDL data uploads.

The role requires 3–5 years of integration development experience and 1–3 years in OIC, with strong SQL skills and a collaborative mindset. This is a full-time remote-friendly position based in New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Integration development experience.
• 1-3 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• OIC certification preferred.
• Experience with Visual Builder and Oracle Process Automation (OPA).
• Experience with Oracle ATP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with integration monitoring and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Oracle SaaS applications with third-party systems including HR benefits vendors, banking institutions, and on-premises systems.
• Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath technologies.
• Create Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and use RTF templates.
• Create data uploads using HDL, HSDL, FBDI.
• Leverage Oracle Cloud SaaS modules: HCM, ERP, and EPM.
• Build integrations using middleware technologies and monitor operations.
• Apply SQL and database concepts to integration tasks.
• Understand integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate with multiple application platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and communicate effectively.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of Enterprise Integration development experience

1-3 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
