Job summary

GM Financial seeks a Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-functional Developer in Irving, TX. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. You will serve as a top-level expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud, enabling complex ERP/HCM solutions, designing interfaces, and guiding other developers while ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will work across RICE components, BPM, and security controls, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to modernize GM Financial’s HR and finance platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, documenting and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud/ Oracle ERP cloud.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including ERP Cloud (GL, iExpense, AP, FA, Cash Management, Payments) and HCM components (Recruitment, Core HR, Benefits, Talent and Learn).
• Experience with RICE objects, BPM, UI design with APEX/VBCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions meeting business requirements based on functional designs.
• Provide technical specs, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancements.
• Develop, test, debug and document code; perform design/code reviews with team.
• Guide and review work of other developers; estimate work for multiple project phases.
• Build interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud and API tools like Postman/Swagger.
• Support end users during installation and training; maintain documentation.
