Digital Realty Trust, L.P. seeks an experienced Manager, Employee Platforms – Oracle HCM in the Dallas area.

You will lead design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple modules, acting as a key advisor to IT and business stakeholders for scalable HR solutions. Responsibilities include leading integrations, data migrations with privacy/audit considerations, and mentoring peers while raising delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud SME across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in HR systems or enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead system configuration, enhancements, and delivery initiatives.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to operate at strategic and execution levels.
• Technical foundation in Java, PL/SQL, Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SME for Oracle HCM Cloud across core modules.
• Lead hands-on configuration and guide best practices across functional and technical setups.
• Own data flows and enterprise application architecture understanding.
• Lead integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems.
• Define data migration strategy with data privacy and audit considerations.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Provide mentorship to peers and improve delivery standards and processes.
• Oversee development and maintenance of functional and technical documentation.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex issues with Oracle Support.
• Drive testing strategy and overall system quality and performance.
