Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of functional ERP experience.
• 5 years of design, implementation, or maintenance of large ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Suite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
• Experience leading medium-sized projects; knowledge of deployment, support, and lifecycle methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Oracle Fusion SCM modules and RFSmart warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and maintain enterprise solutions.
• Lead CRs from requirements through design, testing, deployment and support.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and AI/RPA opportunities.
• Coordinate integrations, data transfers, security, and reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in on-call rotation up to 10%.
