Job summary

Enterprise Information Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned specialist to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and RFSmart warehouse solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain and IT to deliver scalable enterprise solutions aligning with standard processes.

The role involves requirements gathering, design, testing, CR management, and supporting upgrades, with a focus on automation, AI, and RPA opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
• 5 years of application design, implementation and/or maintenance of ERP/large-scale systems (Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
• 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects; experience in deployment, support, lifecycle management, and process improvement methodologies.

• Implement, support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications and RFSmart Warehouse Operations solutions.
• Collaborate with business, vendors, and IT teams to design and maintain enterprise solutions.
• Gather requirements, analyze processes, design functional solutions, and lead CRs from design to post-production support.
• Coordinate with integrations, data transfers, reporting, databases, security, and other enterprise services.
• Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge across the team.
• Lead on-call support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

This role supports the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications and RFSmart warehouse solutions. The individual will partner closely with Supply Chain business teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and support organizational growth.

• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design functional solutions for enhancements and new capabilities.
• Lead Change Requests (CRs) from requirements through design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Support acquisitions, growth initiatives, and modernization efforts by aligning business processes with enterprise solution standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
• Configure and test application changes, including enterprise configurations, flexfields, Supply Chain Management, Master Data Management, and Supply Chain Planning functionality.
• Develop design specifications, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts; support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot application, system, and data issues, working with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
• Lead or participate in small to medium-sized projects, including planning, estimating, status reporting, risk management, and execution.
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and post-deployment support activities.
• Perform complex business and systems analysis to identify operational improvements and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with teams responsible for integrations, file transfers, reporting, databases, security, and other enterprise services.
• Develop and maintain application standards, governance processes, disaster recovery plans, and operational support procedures.
• Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise across the team.
• Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders and support strategic decision-making through analysis and recommendations.
• Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Preferred Skills

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
