Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking an experienced ERP/Oracle Fusion specialist to implement, enhance, and administer Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications and RFSmart warehouse solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency and standardize processes.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, CR leadership, design, testing, deployments, and post-production support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or combination of education and relevant experience.
5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of ERP systems (Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
2 years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; experience with deployment life cycle, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems.

Responsibilities

Implement, support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications, including Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Fusion Procurement, Oracle Cost Management, Receipt Accounting, Product Model, PIM, PD, Shipping, Receiving, and Fusion SCM.
Implement and support RFSmart Warehouse Operations applications (PAR Counting, Cycle Counting, PAR Synchronization, Receiving, Picking, PAR Delivery).
Lead Change Requests from requirements through design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design functional solutions for enhancements and new capabilities.
Coordinate with teams for integrations, file transfers, reporting, and data management.
Develop design specifications, test plans, test scenarios, and support UAT; mentor junior analysts and provide knowledge sharing.
Support acquisitions and modernization efforts by aligning business processes with enterprise standards.
Troubleshoot issues and lead or participate in projects with risk management and execution.
