Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experience.
• Hands-on payroll configuration across elements, deductions, eligibility, balances, payment methods and structures.
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, gross-to-net, YTD balances, retroactive processing, QuickPay, pre-payments, costing and GL.
• Strong Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• HDL/HSDL experience, including reversing/retracting HDL loads and correcting/reloading payroll data.
• Experience customizing seeded payroll flow patterns and troubleshooting payroll flows.
