Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Oracle Fusion Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, translating requirements into integrated designs and guiding large-scale initiatives.

This remote-friendly role may require an onsite interview to verify identity; you will mentor staff and ensure compliance, security, and future-ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

• Ensures compliance and adheres to industry standards. Follows compliance requirements and security guidelines.
• Provides advice and guidance on complex technical issues. Mentors and coach's technical staff. May act as a team lead.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Architect to play a critical role in our enterprise‑wide ERP & HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. In this highly visible position, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating business requirements into integrated system designs, guiding large‑scale initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future‑ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
