Accenture seeks a senior Oracle Financials practitioner to lead the full Fusion Cloud Financials workstream from requirements and design through go-live and hypercare. You will own solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections, and guide a team of functional consultants with CFOs and finance leadership.

You will drive workshops, set configuration standards, manage risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud financials

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience
• At least 5 years leading the Financials functional workstream on Oracle Cloud ERP programs
• 5+ years configuring across three or more Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Advanced Collections)
• 4+ years leading and managing teams of functional consultants
• 4+ years engaging with CFOs, Controllers, and VP-level stakeholders
• 4+ years in a structured program delivery environment
• 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations end-to-end
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Aufgaben

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstream across the full project lifecycle from requirements and design through build, test, cutover, and hypercare
• Own solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections
• Facilitate executive-level requirements workshops with client financial leadership
• Define and enforce functional configuration standards and review design documents and test scripts
• Collaborate with integration, data migration, reporting, and technical streams to ensure end-to-end coherence
• Lead data migration strategy and validate mapping rules for financial balances
• Govern functional testing across SIT and UAT and obtain business sign-off
• Advise clients on best practices and standard cloud processes
• Manage workstream risks and coach a team of consultants
• Support Accenture Edge business development and contribute to proposals
• Contribute to Accenture's Oracle Financials asset library; travel may be required
