Job summary

Donyati is seeking an experienced Oracle FCC Lead to join our Enterprise Performance Management practice in the US. You will lead engagements from design through delivery, guiding clients and offshore/onshore teams to successful FCC cloud implementations.

The role requires deep FCC expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects with minimal supervision. Travel about 25-50% is expected, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable close and consolidation solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion, with at least 4+ years focused on FCC.
• Strong track record of leading FCC implementations independently, including project planning, design workshops, build, SIT/UAT support, and go-live.
• Hands-on FCC functionalities: consolidations, eliminations, multi-currency, ownership structures, Close Manager, and reporting.
• Experience working directly with Finance/Accounting teams and a strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS consolidation requirements.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle FCC implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with client stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT) to understand business requirements and translate them into FCC configurations.
• Design and deliver FCC while providing expertise on best practices in financial close and consolidation, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and efficient.
• Guide offshore/onshore project teams and ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
• Manage client relationships, set clear expectations, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on Oracle EPM Cloud, advising clients on roadmap, adoption, and integration with Planning, ARCS, and EDMCS.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Lead to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead FCC engagements independently, from design through delivery, while ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, driving solution design, and overseeing successful implementations of Oracle FCC Cloud.

To clarify expectations, here are few points on what we do not want in a candidate:

• No candidates whose background is primarily in managed services or support.
• No candidates without prior consulting experience.

On the positive side, we’re looking for candidates who:

• Have strong end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle FCC.
• Can independently lead client engagements from design through delivery.
• Bring proven client-facing consulting experience and strong communication skills.

Location & Logistics

The position is to be located in the US. This position will require travel, which will vary based on project needs and phases, but should average out to approximately 25% - 50% (depending on role).
