Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS and consolidation specialist to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, and drive design, development, and delivery of consolidation projects.

You will lead a team, mentor junior members, and manage internal and external stakeholders while ensuring robust intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and month-end close processes are accurately

Qualifications

• 5+ years Oracle FCCS experience.
• Worked on at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations.
• Strong understanding of Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting.
• Knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations and financial statement presentations.
• Proficient in creating business rules for consolidations, intercompany eliminations and translations.
• Good knowledge of reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio or Narrative Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

Job description

Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions

Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Consolidation solutions

Provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core consolidation processes like intercompany eliminations, currency translation, month end consolidations.

Provide expertise in Oracle FCCS / HFM related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Security, application validation and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables

Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure

Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle FCCS

Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure

Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

Good understanding of Data conversion, integration, and reconciliation process
