JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an Oracle ERP SCM Lead / Solution Architect with 12+ years of Oracle consulting and hands‑on development experience to lead Oracle EBS SCM implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong client‑facing skills and ownership of end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through post‑live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 12+ years of Oracle consulting experience with hands‑on development in Oracle EBS SCM.
• 8+ years of hands‑on Oracle development experience across PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Alerts, and Workflow.
• Deep OA Framework, CEMLIs, and integration experience required.
• Experience with Oracle Financials R12 highly preferred.
• Led end‑to‑end SCM/ERP implementations and supported go‑live activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle EBS SCM implementations including Order Management, Inventory, BOM, and WMS.
• Drive discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and map to Oracle functionality.
• Configure Oracle ERP applications to meet complex business needs.
• Lead reviews, walkthroughs, and SME guidance across SCM and WMS modules.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with IT and business stakeholders.
• Support go‑live planning, cutover activities, and post‑production support.
