Job summary

Virgin Galactic seeks a Developer III within the Information Technology ERP team to architect, develop, extend, and integrate enterprise solutions on the Oracle platform. This role enables critical Supply Chain and Finance capabilities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, PLM, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and materials planning.

The Developer III collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Security, and Enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in information systems or enterprise application development.
• At least five years ERP development and configuration experience with Oracle ERP.
• Five years of experience developing Oracle reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows (SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI).
• At least three years supporting Supply Chain and Finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).

Responsibilities

• Architect complex, scalable Oracle solutions across the Oracle platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Lead design reviews and code reviews; establish coding standards and performance practices.
• Develop advanced SQL and PL/SQL solutions for data analysis and reporting.
• Mentor junior developers and strengthen documentation and security.
