Job summary

Alcoa Corporation is seeking a senior IS/ERP specialist to support global supply chain Order to Cash processes. You will collaborate with business teams, transform processes, and deliver platform-wide solutions within a complex tech ecosystem.

The role requires ERP expertise (Oracle R12, Fusion Cloud), strong communication, and the ability to work across time zones. Travel 25–50% and a technical degree are expected.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses strong business and technical knowledge to meet business requirements.
• Must have knowledge and experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle R12, Fusion Cloud; SCM modules.
• Must have experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficient in written communication.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management, SOX, and data privacy considerations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to drive cost reduction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global supply chain teams to capture needs and improve performance.
• Build relationships across IS and business units to design cost-effective process changes.
• Navigate data and technology challenges with business partners.
• Lead ideation, design, and deployment roadmaps for digital initiatives.
• Document detailed requirements, estimates, timelines, and milestones.
