Job summary

Alcoa Corporation is seeking a senior role to transform and optimize our global supply chain order-to-cash processes. You will partner with global business process owners to design, implement, and standardize solutions and drive digital initiatives across a complex technology ecosystem.

The role requires strong ERP experience (Oracle R12, Fusion Cloud) across multiple SCM modules, plus leadership of offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration for value delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of systems implementation and support on complex, large-scale applications.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills; collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global supply chain order-to-cash teams to understand needs.
• Provide leadership to offshore development and support teams.
• Transform and modernize enterprise application portfolio through standardization and digitization.
• Develop requirements with detailed specs, estimates, timelines and milestones.
• Bridge business strategy with technology solutions in a global setting.
• Stay current with technology trends and coordinate across IS groups.
