Job summary

Ampstek is seeking experienced Oracle EPM Production Support Consultants with hands-on expertise in ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting to provide L2 production support, incident resolution, and month-end close assistance.

You will investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot data and reconciliation errors, and coordinate with the L3 team to implement fixes, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
• Hands-on in ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting.
• Experience in financial close and reporting processes.
• Familiar with incident/problem/change management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
• Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures.
• Support security, user provisioning, workflow, and approval process issues.
• Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
