Saransh Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to provide day-to-day managed support for EDMCS, ARCS, and FCCS across client environments.

The role demands hands-on administration, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, and mappings within Oracle Cloud EPM. The successful candidate will support period-end closes, leverage established SLAs, collaborate with finance and IT teams, and contribute to process improvements in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall professional experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Strong practical experience with EDMCS, including dimension and hierarchy management, metadata maintenance, mapping, and governance.
• Strong practical experience with ARCS, including reconciliation rules, transaction matching, workflow management, and period-end reconciliation support.
• Working knowledge of FCCS, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, financial close, and reporting cycles.
• Experience in a managed services, application support, or production support environment.
• Experience managing incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and RCA capabilities.
• Understanding of financial close, account reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP or GL systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing discussions.
• Strong documentation skills with SOPs, support procedures, RCA reports, and knowledge-base articles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day managed support for EDMCS, ARCS, and FCCS.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and turnaround times.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues.
• Configure reconciliation rules, transaction matching, and workflows in ARCS.
• Support ARCS period-end close activities and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Maintain EDMCS dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, mappings, and reference data.
• Ensure accurate metadata across integrated Oracle EPM applications and downstream processes.
• Support FCCS consolidation activities including intercompany eliminations and ownership management.
• Troubleshoot data, configuration, workflow, and reporting issues across Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Coordinate with Finance, functional, technical, and integration teams to resolve upstream/downstream issues.
• Assist quarterly patches and updates, including impact analysis and testing.
• Create and maintain RCA reports, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and production documentation.
• Monitor recurring incidents and identify opportunities to improve stability and support efficiency.
• Communicate status, risks, and resolutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
