Job summary

Ampstek is seeking experienced Oracle EPM Production Support Consultants with hands-on expertise in ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting to provide L2 production support, incident resolution, and month-end close assistance.

You will investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot data and reconciliation errors, and coordinate with the L3 team to implement fixes, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
• Hands-on in ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting.
• Experience in financial close and reporting processes.
• Familiar with incident/problem/change management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

The role involves providing L2 production support, incident resolution, month-end close support, troubleshooting integrations and performing root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of Oracle EPM experience.

Strong hands-on experience in one or more modules: ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting.

Experience supporting financial close and reporting processes.

Knowledge of EPM Automate, Data Management, Smart View, and integrations.

Exposure to incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
