Job summary

RSM is seeking a Manager with a strong Accounting/Finance background to join its CPM Consulting Practice. You will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, from system design through deployment, with responsibility for project management, staff development, and stakeholder communications.

This role emphasizes client-facing delivery and calls for travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Oracle EPM tools (FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, NSPB, or Hyperion) and a solid grasp of budgeting,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Management or related.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM tools (e.g., FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, NSPB, or Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
• Ability to read and write Essbase and/or Groovy.
• Proven project and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery activities within assigned accounts and own project success.
• Conduct training sessions, design walk-throughs, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and present design documents based on client requirements and manage implementation design.
• Provide best practice recommendations and enhancements to clients.
• Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, and budgets while coordinating with teams.
• Support staffing on projects to balance workload across levels.
• Invest in talent through development opportunities and feedback.
• Network internally to promote the CPM service offerings.
