Job summary

Accenture México seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud consultant to lead EPBCS design, configuration, and optimization. You will bridge finance and technology, ensuring high-quality deliverables across global teams.

The role requires hands-on EPBCS expertise, 3+ full-cycle implementations, and strong FP&A knowledge. Travel to client sites in the USA and beyond is expected, with remote work often available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud consulting experience.
• Hands-on EPBCS/Planning configuration, implementation, or support.
• Proven participation in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle EPM implementations including EPBCS.
• Functional FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Autonomy to analyze requirements and lead activities.
• Experience in global or multinational environments and client-facing roles.
• Strong storytelling skills with PowerPoint and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate to EPBCS designs.
• Design, configure, and optimize EPBCS applications, forms, dashboards, and rules.
• Build data integrations from ERP/GL into Oracle EPM apps.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support.
• Mentor junior team members and prepare training materials.
