Accenture PLC in the United States seeks an experienced EPM Team Lead with 8+ years in Oracle EPBCS to lead end-to-end implementations and provide both technical and functional leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, oversee data integration, refine solution architecture, and mentor team members through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Formación

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience with strong EPBCS expertise.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end EPBCS implementations.
• Hands-on with Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and financial reporting modules.
• Strong knowledge of Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, Smart View.
• Experience integrating EPBCS with ERP Cloud and other systems.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and support of Oracle EPBCS solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Oversee data integration with ERP and General Ledger.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and quality.
• Lead testing phases, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare project documentation and end-user training.
