Job summary

IT Accel, Inc. partners with a client in Purchase, NY to hire a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst to support critical financial planning and reporting applications in a global environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of hands-on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM experience, including development, implementation, enhancements, and production support, with strong leadership and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM in global settings.
• Proven ability to lead finance systems initiatives with CFO-level stakeholders.
• Experience in end-to-end Hyperion implementations and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into Hyperion/Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning and Essbase apps.
• Lead or contribute to full-cycle implementations and cloud migrations.
• Develop complex allocation models, rules, and data integrations.
• Create financial reports using Smart View and Financial Reporting.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore resources and manage vendor SLAs/KPIs.
• Provide training materials and end-user training.
• Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Balance competing priorities across development, production support, and projects.
