Primary/Key Responsibilities

1. Lead EPM Implementations: Function as the lead developer on EPBCS projects, guiding and directing other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Gather and Analyze Requirements: Interact with senior stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, translating them into effective EPM solutions. Conduct and document design workshops to facilitate this process.
3. Design and Develop Solutions: Design, build, and implement new EPM applications, major and minor enhancements, and provide ongoing production support.
4. Define Project Scope: Assist in defining the scope and sizing of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
5. Develop Proof of Concepts: Create and demonstrate proof of concept projects to showcase potential solutions to key stakeholders.
6. Integrate Third-Party Services: Facilitate seamless integration between Oracle EPM and other relevant third-party services.
7. Implement Complex Features: Develop and deploy complex functionalities tailored to meet specific client business needs.
8. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, debug, and resolve system issues, implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
9. Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the EPM team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field
2. 7+ years of hands-on experience with EPM Oracle Cloud products
3. Public Company Experience: Demonstrated experience working within a public company environment, proficiency in SOX controls and change management procedures.
4. Strong FP&A and Financial Reporting Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial reporting processes.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions clearly and concisely.
6. Proven Technical Skills: Expertise in building new applications, implementing enhancements, and providing production support.
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
8. Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
2. Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications
3. Project management experience
