Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Performance Management Administrator to lead ongoing support and optimization of Oracle EPM applications, including on‑prem and cloud plans.

The role requires strong business–IT collaboration, process improvement, and a track record in Hyperion/Smart View environments. The successful candidate will drive adoption, configure and maintain EPM tools, develop test scenarios, and coordinate projects with finance stakeholders while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of Oracle EPM suite experience in support or development.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional influence across IT and Finance.
• Experience leading cultural and process change initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Smart View, and related tools.
• Travel up to varies with implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM Applications (On Prem and future Cloud).
• Demonstrate proficiency in end-user functional processes within supported applications.
• Prepare and deliver effective communications to key Finance stakeholders.
• Provide end-user system training as needed.
• Review and improve existing systems; propose best practices and strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to determine feasibility and business value.
• Define functional and system requirements; ensure documentation.
• Develop test scenarios and use cases; assess cross-functional impact.
• Analyze test results to identify defects and resolution steps.
• Oversee small projects or phases; coordinate teams and resources.
• Maintain relationships with project team members, finance customers and vendors.
• Monitor systems; gather metrics; ensure quality and SLA adherence.
• Provide expertise to functional departments when issues exceed knowledge base.
• Prioritize initiatives with stakeholders; manage training curricula.
