Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is seeking an Enterprise Application Systems Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud to drive design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications including inventory, HR, and payroll systems.

You will lead an offshore vendor team, collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations leadership, and ensure SOX and ITGC compliance while delivering reliable integrations across ERP, EPM, and CrunchTime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience leading implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (Cash Management, AP, AR, Lease Accounting, Expense Management).
• Experience with SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (Cash Management, AP, AR, Lease Accounting, Expense Management).
• Lead design and support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close).
• Own integrations across enterprise systems using REST APIs, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Oversee quarterly Oracle Fusion updates including impact analysis, testing strategy, and release readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Culinary Operations leadership.
• Manage an offshore third-party vendor team of Oracle ERP/EPM consultants.
