Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications in Providence. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and support business processes across the EBS environment.

You will collaborate with functional teams on data migration and system integrations, using Oracle EBS tools and related technologies, with a focus on GL, AP, and AR workflows.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle EBS development tools.
• Oracle EBS core financials (GL, Cash Management, Treasury).
• Strong analytical and problem solving in SDLC context.
• Experience with AP/AR/GL business processes and data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute.
• Oracle APEX experience or similar report writer.
• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience.
• Procurement and project costing module experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: design and implement within Oracle EBS.
• Integration: build interfaces for data migration using XML Publisher or APIs.
• Technical support: day-to-day troubleshooting and RCA for Oracle EBS.
• System administration: analyze, upgrade, and ensure performance and data integrity.
• Testing: perform functional testing and debug RICE components.
• Documentation: create and maintain development documentation.
