Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Oracle Solutions Analyst to join our Information Technologies team in Hebron, with on-site work and options for Indianapolis, IN or Chaska, MN. You’ll be the functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics, shaping end-to-end ERP solutions and driving cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst/Integration Analyst
• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distribution including inventory and warehouse operations
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams
• Experience leading large, multi-region projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distribution modules (inventory, shipping/receiving, transportation, trade compliance)
• Support coexistence and integration strategies with Oracle Fusion and other cloud platforms
• Translate business needs into functional and integration requirements; lead documentation, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with SDLC and VLMS processes
• Lead large-scale global/regional initiatives (new warehouses, WMS/WCS, automation integration)
