Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep Oracle E-Business Suite and supply chain expertise to design, build, support, and optimize highly customized enterprise solutions. You will own integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems, driving asset and order flows with a focus on reliability and data integrity.

You will lead technical work, mentor peers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite in a complex enterprise.
• Hands-on OM, Purchasing, and Inventory modules in Oracle EBS.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting Oracle integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, data mappings, and monitoring.
• Excellent PL/SQL and SQL development skills with performance focus.
• Understanding of supply chain processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory.
• Experience with highly customized Oracle solutions.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support integrations between Oracle EBS and internal or third-party systems, focusing on asset and order flows.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for Oracle EBS supply chain solutions (OM, Purchasing, Inventory).
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and data movement across applications.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, reports, extensions, workflows, and data conversions.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs balancing reliability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents involving integrations and cross-system data syncing.
• Develop PL/SQL and related Oracle tech; perform debugging and performance tuning.
• Support SDLC activities: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, docs, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Oracle EBS customization and integration patterns.
