STM Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Analyst with deep Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) expertise to support core finance operations. The role emphasizes GL, consolidations, revenue recognition, AR, and AP, partnering with Finance and IT to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in EBS finance roles, strong accounting knowledge, and a proactive mindset for AI and automation to enhance financial processes and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in EBS functional/finance roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite ERP (GL, AR, AP).
• Experience with ledgers, consolidations, revenue recognition, receivables, and payables.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build/reconcile analytical models.
• Ability to communicate with finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support period‑end close activities including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Assist with multi‑entity/multi‑currency consolidations and intercompany eliminations in Oracle EBS.
• Support revenue recognition processes and validate data within Oracle EBS.
• Collaborate with AR/AP teams to process invoices and payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives in finance.
