Job summary

Sikich LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Subject Matter Expert to support UFMS and related Oracle Federal Financials modules. You will lead functional/technical work, drive upgrades, and ensure governance and compliance across the UFMS program.

The role requires deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, PO, and PA, with strong collaboration skills and a track record of delivering complex federal financial projects on time. This is an onsite position in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for HHS systems access and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal Financials implementations.
• Hands-on functional and technical expertise with Oracle EBS Federal Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, PA).
• Experience performing QA or technical oversight on EBS/ERP implementations and reviewing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials across UFMS.
• Lead requirements analysis, configuration, and functional design for EBS enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide technical oversight and QA review of configurations and interface designs.
