Job summary

Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Subject Matter Expert to support UFMS for HHS. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise across Oracle EBS financial modules, with leadership in system modernization and interface development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal Financials implementations.
• Hands-on functional and technical expertise with GL, AP, AR, PO, PA modules.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and validate configurations, interfaces, and financial data structures.
• Experience performing QA or technical oversight on EBS/ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of UFMS data structures and Oracle Federal Financials data models.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior functional and technical SME for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal Financials across GL, AP, AR, PO, PA.
• Lead requirements analysis, configuration, and functional design for UFMS enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Provide technical oversight and QA review of configurations and interfaces.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for UFMS.
• Coordinate with OF stakeholders to align UFMS with financial management priorities.
• Manage Agile and hybrid SDLC backlogs and sprint planning.
• Maintain PMO governance artifacts for UFMS projects.
