Job summary

DCCA is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to support the DHA‑EOSS organization in Colorado. You will design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle Financials modules, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and interfacing with DoD boundary systems.

The role requires strong PL/SQL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Workflow expertise, plus experience turning business requirements into technical designs. Public Trust/NACI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Developer.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Analytics Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts to government stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle E‑Business Suite applications, focusing on Financials modules.
• Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and external DoD/DHA systems.
• Create and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts, packages, procedures, and triggers.
• Design GUI forms using Oracle APEX and Oracle Application Framework; convert Oracle Forms.
