Job summary

DCCA is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst - Tester to support Oracle E-Business Suite projects within the DHA-EOSS organization. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensure thorough documentation, and support decision-making with stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires gathering requirements for Oracle Federal Financials, creating design documents, and developing robust test plans and scripts.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience documenting requirements and test plans.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.
Ability to lead UAT sessions with government stakeholders.
Familiarity with DoD standards and regulatory environments.
Knowledge of testing across System Integration, Regression and Performance phases.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Federal Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, CE, PA, SLA).
Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (MD.050) and BR.100 configurations.
Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts based on requirements.
Execute manual tests across multiple testing phases (SIT, Regression, Performance).
Support UAT with DHA stakeholders; track defects and verify fixes.
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, ALM, or similar tools.
Provide functional SME guidance to Oracle EBS development team.
