Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Apps DBA to support the U.S. Air Force MROi program.

The role focuses on managing large Oracle EBS R12.2 environments across on-premises infrastructure and OCI/Exadata Cloud Services, with DoD security and STIG compliance. The ideal candidate holds an active Secret clearance and IAT Level II certification, and will work with government stakeholders, SI partners, and engineering teams to ensure secure, high-performance

Qualifications

• Experience with large enterprise Oracle environments and R12.2 upgrades.
• Experience with DoD/STIG compliance and secure configurations.
• Proven ability to mentor junior DBAs and collaborate with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, clone, and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2 environments.
• Manage patching cycles, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Provisioning and cloning across development, test, and production.
• Administer user provisioning, roles, and responsibilities.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Implement backup, recovery, and DR strategies.
• Support RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard architectures.
• Assist cloud migration and hybrid architectures.
• Ensure DoD security requirements and STIG compliance.
• Interface with Oracle Support and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Document procedures and best practices.
