Job summary

Sumitomo Rubber North America in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst to support Oracle E-Business Suite, including OM, QP, AP, GL, FA, and Cash Management, plus EDI integrations. You will lead workshops, translate business requirements, and design configurations.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure production stability, performance, and end-to-end solutions across multiple organizations and countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years IT experience, including six to seven years of functional experience within an Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
• Proven experience with full life-cycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support in a global, multi-organization environment.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience with EDI standards and web-commerce integrations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BIS or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and fit-gap analyses.
• Design, configure, and test new Oracle functionality and enhancements.
• Support multi-organization and multi-country implementations.
• Coordinate with developers, DBAs, and integrators for end-to-end solutions.
• Create functional specs, test scripts, training materials, and UAT support.
• Mentor junior team members and manage day-to-day activities.
