Job summary
R+L Carriers Information Technology Department is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join an interdisciplinary team responsible for enterprise software development in Oracle 19c or higher. You will develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL, tune performance, mentor other Oracle developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL/PL/SQL in Oracle 19c
- Proven experience with Oracle performance tuning
- Experience supporting critical systems and high-volume databases
- Experience with TOAD and Oracle tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL in Oracle 19c
- Perform performance tuning and optimize SQL code
- Maintain tooling for partitioning and purging
- Gather statistics and optimize execution plans
- Monitor SQL statements with OEM Cloud Control
- Improve architecture to prevent deadlocks in highly concurrent apps
- Mentor and support Oracle developers
