Citi is seeking an Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer (Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst - C12) to design and deliver high-performance Oracle database solutions powering critical business operations worldwide.

Based in Tampa, FL, this full-time role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two remote days. You will build PL/SQL packages, tune performance, and integrate deployments into CI/CD while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle development with production experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including complex queries and partitioning.
• Experience with Oracle performance tuning and diagnostic tools.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (OCI, AWS, Azure) and cloud-hosted DB architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile development and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance Oracle database solutions (PL/SQL packages, procedures, views).
• Develop ETL workflows and data pipelines for reliable data movement.
• Create migration scripts and automated deployment packages for releases.
• Tune performance using execution plans, indexing, partitioning and diagnostics.
• Build unit and regression tests for SQL/PLSQL/ETL changes.
• Integrate DB solutions into CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and monitoring.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate SQL/PLSQL development and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into specs.
