Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience administering Oracle and/or SQL database environments.
• Valid DOD 8140 (IA Certification - SEC+ or higher).
• Current active DOD SECRET Clearance.
• Knowledgeable of Windows, Unix, Linux operating systems.
• HTML, ASP, .NET and JavaScript.
• IIS; Windows Servers.
• Authentication & encryption.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Oracle database systems and related software components.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, PL/SQL code, and queries.
• Perform backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements, design database solutions, and implement application enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries.
