General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Oracle Database Analyst for a full-time, on-site role supporting critical government and defense IT missions. You will manage Oracle database systems, ensure security, performance, and availability, and contribute to mission success.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of database experience, Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation and Cloud+/Security+/SSCP or GSEC. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in database administration and security.
• SQL and PL/SQL proficiency required.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months of start; Cloud+, Security+, SSCP or GSEC.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle database systems for performance, security, and availability.
• Design schemas, monitor health, and perform backups and recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot database issues, manage user access and permissions, and optimize queries.
