Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to join the CESO effort, supporting a secure, highly available data platform for mission-critical applications.

The role involves designing and implementing database schemas, tuning performance, and ensuring security and uptime across real-time systems. A minimum of five years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly may be required.
• Five+ years of hands-on Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Oracle 12c/19c or later experience.
• In-depth database security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and support highly available Oracle databases and replication.
• Design and implement database schemas and structures per project needs.
• Tune SQL, stored procedures, and queries for performance.
• Maintain documentation and data standards for database environments.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize database design for applications.
