Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA for a full-time role in Cheyenne, WY. You will administer, monitor, and optimize Oracle databases, manage GoldenGate replication, Exadata infrastructure, and RAC/Data Guard configurations, and drive HA/DR strategies.

You will work with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams in a 24x7 support model, perform backups with RMAN, and automate routine tasks with shell scripts while ensuring security and compliance

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate installations, configurations, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata administration, patching, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support Oracle Database environments (11g/12c/19c/21c).
• Manage and maintain Oracle GoldenGate replication (Uni-directional and Bi-directional).
• Administer and support Oracle Exadata infrastructure and databases.
