Qualifications

• 36 months experience upgrading legacy Oracle databases to current supported versions.
• 84 months experience Oracle performance tuning and indexing to avoid full table scans.
• 84 months experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL coding and stored procedures.
• 84 months experience building Oracle tables containing PHI in health care.
• 84 months experience creating tables with complex government financial data (> $2B budgets).
• 84 months experience maintaining Medicare D billing systems and NCPDP transactions.
• 60 months experience designing data interfaces to PeopleSoft financials.
• 60 months experience with cost reporting applications for Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Write queries in PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical models.
• Assist other developers on database related items.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
