Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to design and optimize an Oracle-based data warehouse that supports enterprise Power BI analytics. You will bridge data engineering and business intelligence with cross‑functional stakeholders to extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities include ETL development, data modeling, and building Power BI dashboards and semantic models. Strong Oracle, SQL, and data warehousing experience in aerospace/defense contexts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 7+ years Oracle DB development and data warehousing.
• 7+ years advanced SQL experience with complex queries and performance tuning.
• 5+ years Power BI development creating dashboards and semantic models.
• 7+ years ETL/ELT pipeline development and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle data warehouse schemas, tables, and structures to support business intelligence requirements.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Develop complex Power BI solutions including dashboards and semantic models.
• Perform SQL development for data manipulation, QA, and analysis.
• Design and document data models that balance performance, maintainability, scalability, and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence.
